The Bye Bye Redness Cream ($32 on The Shopping Channel website) is a cream created with the help of plastic surgeons to camouflage any number of skin issues from acne to scaring to rosacea. I’ve been using it for almost a month now and it has changed my life. I can’t say enough about this revolutionary cream! I get hives I get on my cheeks and chin, and they have been getting worst lately. I’ve gone to dermatologists and doctors, but no one can figure out what causes me to get these hives (which only appear on my face). Some pop up and stay for days, and they are itchy and so irritating! I also have rosacea and pink toned skin so covering redness in general is always important to me.

Someone recommended I try out IT Cosmetics as their products have great coverage, perfect for covering red hives! It’s not a foundation, it’s a skincare product which is great because I don’t actually need to use foundation when I use the Bye Bye Redness! It is the first full coverage product I’d ever used, so I wasn’t sure if I would like it. I was concerned it would look caked on, but after some practice at using a light hand I was very happy with the results. It’s a fairly creamy formula but it has a matte finish, so you have to blend a lot but that is something I find with most full coverage foundations and creams.

In my opinion, this cream delivers 100%! I don’t say this often, but this has changed my whole beauty routine. I no longer need to use foundation, and that’s huge! I know some people who use it as a spot treatment over their regular foundation because they haven’t found a  concealer that works as well as this does. I use it all over my face using the brush that comes with it, and then I go over my problem areas a second time for full coverage. As some hives get irritated during the day, I use a concealer brush and pad the cream over those areas to cover the redness. This formula does not irritate my skin and my hives have actually been less frequent since I started using it!
