I’m here! I’m here! Last week I made it to San Francisco in one piece and I have been exploring the city ever since. As a huge Benebabe, I was excited to check out the full service Benefit locations (there are 3) in San Francisco. They offer waxing, brow shaping and even lash application. I visited the Benefit Cosmetics Boutique on Sutter Street to get my legs waxed, and just as I expected the boutique was all kinds of adorable.
Everything is pink, yellow and white, it’s like a pastel dream! And the lovely ladies there wear pink and turquoise aprons that look like vintage dresses. They have bows on them. BOWS! After a little research I discovered that these super cute aprons were designed by recent Project Runway: Under the Gunn winner Oscar Garcia-Lopez (click here for a photo of him and his mentor wearing said aprons hee hee!)
So much Benefit, so little time! I’m used to seeing a few shelves of this brand at Shoppers Drugmart or Sephora, but this store is packed full of goodies that any Beauty Blogger would drool over. Also, Gabbi is chilling out in a feathered hat on the left. Like a boss.
Their photo wall was also a really need touch. Benefit doesn’t use traditional models in their advertising, option instead for vintage pin-up style images and sassy slogans (Whistle…while you work it!)
The aesthetics room was of course…more pink! And that wainscoting! I digress…
The actual services there were amazing. The woman who waxed my legs was super friendly and when she found out I was new to San Francisco gave me tips for finding an apartment. There’s really no way to make waxing painless, but she did a good job at distracting me : )
I wish that there were more places like this in Canada. There are a few Brow Bars popping up, but I know Torontonians would love to have a boutique like this close by. Get your legs waxed and pick up some “They’re Real” mascara at the same time. What’s not to love?

Oh my gosh, it’s adorable! And those aprons are the absolute cutest. I went to a Benefit Boutique in England, and it was just like this. I’m seriously hoping these start coming to Canada because they are so awesome!

Yes! It was amazing! Every day you received a mini sample of a benefit product. Great value, and I was introduced to so many different products! 😀 Hope they have it again this Christmas!
