Mara Wilde Bridal Photoshoot

May 2, 2014 23 Comments

A few months ago I had the opportunity to model for a bridal photoshoot with hairstylist Mara Wilde and photographer Sara Wilde. Do you remember that super fun themed bridal shoot I did back in 2012? Yeah, that was also with the Wilde sisters (Sara and Mara)! I jumped at the chance to wear my wedding dress again (of course) and I even got to wear my Untamed Petals beaded bridal headband again! : )

The models were myself and two other lovely ladies Jeanine and Gillian. They had a blonde (me) a brunette and redhead! Check out this gorgeous shot of Gillian HERE and Jeanine HERE. These are just some of the goodies they had for makeup and accessories. This is like a beauty bloggers dream!

The shoot had two looks, the first was a more natural soft look with light makeup and bridal hair. The second look was all about the drama. Retro waves, bold hair pieces and vibrant makeup. I felt like Jean Harlow! The whole team was amazing to work with, and I’d do it again in a heart beat. If you are looking for someone to do hair or makeup for your wedding check out the info below!

I enjoyed every part of this experience. Thanks again to Sara and Mara for letting me be a part of it!

It’s so much fun having someone do your hair and makeup. I don’t think I could ever achieve those looks myself!

I was a bit nervous about how the beaded hat would look but they made it work :)
