Video: Review of The Body Shop Vitamin E Line

August 6, 2014 11 Comments

I’m back with another video!

I’ve been trying out several of the products from the Vitamin E line by The Body Shop recently. I’ve used 6 of the products so far and today I’m bringing you a review of each of them!

Take a peek at my YouTube review! I’ve also included a quick recap of each product below if you want a bit more info : )

Vitamin E Hydrating Toner $13

It removes any dirt or makeup left on your skin after cleansing and leaves it feeling fresh and hydrated. It is alcohol-free so it’s great for dry and sensitive skin. I’ll be repurchasing this one!

Vitamin E Moisture Serum $21

This serum contains wheat germ oil and rice bran oil to help protect your skin the environment, plus it has a smoothing effect. I use this after applying the Hydrating Toner and it gives my skin an extra boost of moisture.

Vitamin E Eye Cream $18

This eye cream contains shea butter and rose hip oil to leave the delicate eye skin feeling hydrated. It’s unscented so even those with sensitive eyes can use this cream without issues. It does a great job at smoothing the appearance of fine lines by plumping up the skin.

Vitamin E Moisture Cream $17

This is the best-selling product from the Vitamin E line. It’s super light weight and aborbs quickly. It’s not quite moisturizing enough for my dry skin but I didn’t have any negative reactions either. This would be great for combination and oily skin!

Vitamin E Overnight Serum-in-oil $26

This is by far my favourite product from the Vitamin E line. I apply this at night before bed and I wake up with plump, dewy skin. You can find my full review of this product here!

Vitamin E Aqua Boost Sorbet $22

This gel like formula offers 24 hours of matte hydration. It gives the skin a cooling sensation while releasing hydrating ingredients slowly over the course of the day. I like it, but the strong fragrance is a downside.

Great video! You’re so poised and good at talking – I’d just be umming all over the place lol

I’m the same way! There were many awkward pauses and “umm’s” that were cut out. It’s all an illusion 😉

Great reviews, Megan! I’ve really been enjoying your videos :) Glad this range has been so kind to your skin. I sampled the serum in oil a while back and it really is lovely! xo

Been hearing about the importance of incorporating vitamin E in my routine, thanks for the review! Would you ever do a Vain Pursuits review? Im looking at getting their vain kit but still unsure!
