I’m back with another last minute Halloween costume!
This one is super easy to create and you probably already have these items in your closet. If you have long brown hair you can simply braid it into pigtail braids like Wednesday. If not, you can buy a wig at your local costume store (you can find one HERE from Party City!)
If you don’t have a dress with a peter pan collar you can always layer a collared shirt under a black dress to create the same effect!
