It’s time for another Wet n Wild Wednesday!
In my last post I shared the Lorde makeup look I stole using the new Steal the Look app. This week is all about the Wet n Wild Mega Last lipsticks which are bullet sizes lippies that come in over 24 colours! I am showing you some of the pink shades from this collection today.
Here’s what WnW has to say about these lipsticks:
“Lips take center stage! This 4-hour, longwearing lip color leaves a semi-matte, crème finish in one stroke. Glides on easily with rich, velvety color that doesn’t cake, feather, or bleed.” Wet n Wild
Left to right: Don’t Blink Pink, Think Pink, Dollhouse Pink, Rose-Bud(?)
First off I did notice some feathering and bleeding, but my lips are constantly dry so my experience may be more dramatic than the average person. However, I did find that one swipe was enough for vibrant bold colour which is great!
These lipsticks do tug a bit as you apply them and they are slightly drying but I found applying a lip balm before hand made a world of difference. At about $2 a piece they are a great deal, and you can afford to grab a few different colours to play around with!
Left: Think Pink Right: Don’t Blink Pink
Think Pink – This one could totally pass as a nude shade. This would be great if you want to try a neutral lip that won’t wash you out. It has just enough pink to flatter any skin tone. I’ve been wearing this one a lot!
Don’t Blink Pink – Va-va-voom! This is a vibrant pink that is a perfect statement lip. This lipstick was the most smooth while applying and didn’t cling to dry patches like some of the other lipsticks from this collection. This colour is not for the faint of heart but I love it! The downside is that it did stain my lips quite a bit.
Left: Dollhouse Pink Right: I think it’s Rose-Bud?
Dollhouse Pink – This shade is a cooler pink that leans purple. It think it’s a very pretty colour but it’s a a little too pastel on me. It settled into my lip lines more than the other colours which is another downside, but that’s common with pastel shades.
Rose-Bud – The label for this lipstick fell off before I got it so I have no idea what colour it is. After looking on the website I think it’s Rose-Bud, but if you have another guess please let me know in the comments : ) It’s a really nice pink that I would totally wear again!
Have you tried any Wet N Wild products lately? What’s your favourite lipstick right now? Let me know in the comments!
* This post contains products that were sent to me for consideration. As always, my reviews and opinions are my own.

Great review! These are some of my fave drugstore lipsticks. Agreed they are drying, but nothing a little lip balm can’t help with and you cannot beat the price for the amount of pigment they punch!!!

So true, the pigmentation is pretty awesome. I can’t wait to swatch the darker shades, I’m liking those ones a lot!
