Fashion Friday: Keeping it Casual

Hair drama.

A few days ago I got low lights added to my hair and I’m not sure how I feel about it. To me it looks a little too…streaky. I feel like it doesn’t look subtle or natural. I wanted to break up the solid platinum blonde I had so I could grow it out, but I’m just not sure if I like it. When I first saw it at the salon I loved it, I think it’s just so different from the solid blonde that I need a little time to get used to it. Does that ever happen to you?

If you follow me on Instagram you will have seen me post this look on Wednesday but I wanted to share it on my blog anyway! My personal style is definitely more on the casual side (though I do love a good dress!) so this was my comfortable outfit of the day on Wednesday.

I love the slightly baggy fit of these pants, they are almost like a trouser style. I’m short, so I have to cuff them a few extra times to keep them from looking like floods! This t-shirt is long enough to wear over leggings but this time I tucked it in and knotted it at the back to make it look a bit more fitted.

I’m not very good at accessorizing so I added these shimmery sandals just to add a little sparkle!
