So it’s week 18 and I’m officially 4.5 months pregnant! For the first few months I didn’t really feel any different aside from the intense morning sickness. My body didn’t change much at all and aside from the constant nausea there was little reminder that there was a little human growing inside of me.
Oh how things have changed! Not only can I feel my body changing I can literally feel the baby moving around. I can’t feel kicks yet, but I am continuing to feel bubbles and flutters just below my belly button that tell me this baby is a-movin’!
The last week or so I’ve been going makeup free most days just to give my skin a break. I did apply some concealer and brow gel before taking these photos though. I feel a little naked without my winged liner and pink lipstick but I guess this is good practice for when the baby arrives and I won’t have time for such luxuries : )

What’s Happening At 18 Weeks:
- Baby is about the size of a sweet potato
- Apparently now baby can hear sounds through the womb. I guess he/she is going to be a huge Adele fan!
- Acid reflux has started to make an appearance at night
- I started Prenatal Yoga this week!

I have been using ginger paste, lemon juice, and honey teinture microwaved for a second, it helps my nausea and seems to reduce acid buildup.
