Welcome to day 3 of my “7 Days of LUSH” series! Today I’m chatting about a bath bomb that is definitely more than it appears to be. What surprises await inside? Let’s find out!
Yoga Bath Bomb (US, Canada)
I think this is called the Yoga Bath Bomb because the key ingredients are supposed to be relaxing and calming. If you know the story behind the name of this one let me know in the comments! It contains Sandalwood and Ho Wood oil which gives it a truly distinct smell that’s hard to describe. It sort of reminds me of the Bath & Body Works candle Mahogany Teakwood (which is my all-time favourite btw!) It’s a spicy, woody scent with a hint of floral that I haven’t come across anywhere else in Lush.
It’s considered a “slow-frothing” bomb and I found it took about 8 minutes to dissolve completely rather than the normal 4-5. At first it looks like a simple orange bath bomb but once it starts to fizz you’ll see purple and blue shades exploding from inside. And glitter too. Lots of glitter!
All of the glitter
The glitter aftermath. It rinsed off easily though!

What I like:
- This is my favourite scent out of all the bath products I tried. It’s not too sweet and is great for someone who prefers a more complex, herbal scent.
- The purple and blue colours inside were a fun surprise and glitter is always a plus
- It’s slow-frothing so that means you get to enjoy the fizzy goodness for almost twice as long
What I don’t like:
- As I mentioned, it left a shimmery residue in the tub. It rinsed off easily but it may be an extra step you don’t want to take
- After all the colours mix together it leaves the bath water a mirky brownish green that (while simply aesthetic) looks a bit strange.
- It’s more expensive than other bath bombs. Maybe because it’s a slow-frothing one?
* This post contains products that were sent to me for consideration. As always, my reviews and opinions are my own.

It’s so pretty while it’s frothing away! It also sounds like an amazing scent, yum.

It’s so different from any of the other bath bombs I’ve tried. Not sweet but more herbal. I love it!

It’s so good! Sparkling Icicles used to be my favourite candle but I think Mahogony Teakwood has taken the lead!
