Dress: Hi-Low Maternity Wrap Dress from PinkBlush Maternity
I’m 29 weeks pregnant today and that means I’m officially in the third trimester! I am feeling pretty good but I have definitely noticed I am moving a lot slower these days. It takes me a moment to catch my breath just from walking up the stairs! It’s all textbook pregnancy stuff, but it’s easy to forget your limitations when you’re chasing around a busy toddler 🙂
Oh my goodness, look at Piper’s face lol
I have hit the point where most of my pants (even maternity ones) are uncomfortable to wear. I haven’t weighed myself but I know I’ve gained quite a bit of weight because all my jeans feel like they are digging in to my belly and hips and it’s kind of a bummer. So as a result I’ve been living in leggings lately. I still have a lot of tunics and sweaters I can pair them with so it’s no biggie, I am just looking forward to wearing normal pants again in a few months 🙂

I wish it wasn’t so chilly here right now otherwise I would be living in dresses. I was sent this one from PinkBlush Maternity and it is beyond comfortable! My legs were a little chilly but otherwise I was so comfortable in this dress all day. Maybe next time I’ll pair it with some tights for a little extra warmth!

What’s Happening At 29 Weeks:
- Baby is as big as an Acorn Squash and weighs about 2.5 pounds
- My belly button has popped out which doesn’t bother me other than when Piper pokes it since it’s sensitive lol
- My heartburn is the worst it’s been. Usually it’s only at night but now it’s during the day too. I’ve been carrying TUMS with me everywhere!
- I got my Haakaa Pump in the mail today! I didn’t have one last time around and I’m excited to try it with baby #2

You are too cute!! That dress looks so comfy. I remember the uncomfortable elastic-around-the-bump feeling of jeans, and how tight they were at the ankles, ugh!
I couldn’t remember any of my fave girl names so I checked my pregnancy app… we had Ellie, Elliot, Elsie, Britta, Cora, Clara, Eleanor, Stella, Helena, Marta, and Willa. Wow, I didn’t remember them all being that old-fashioned.

I love those names! Piper has a Clara in her class and I think it’s such a pretty name.
And yes, I can’t wait to wear normal jeans again! It’s a long way off but I am looking forward to it lol 🙂

Ahh, you are so adorable! I hear you on the extra discomforts of the third trimester, but it’s also exciting since you know you get to meet Baby soon. I’ve heard great things about the Hakaa Pump – I hope it works as well for you as it does with my friends with new little ones!

I know, I am thankful that despite all the rain it hasn’t been super cold this winter here. Maybe 5 degrees celsius on a cold day which isn’t bad at all by Toronto standards haha!
